King Tut Festival Attendance Policy

All Are Welcome!

King Tut Festival is a Public Free Event.


 

The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities.


 

If any visitor does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, event terms, conditions or rules, King Tut Festival may refuse admission to the event or require the visitor to leave the festival ground.

King Tut Festival is free admission. ALL are welcome.

 

The event is pets friendly. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times.

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival.


 

PUBLIC SAFETY

Safety and security are of utmost importance. Some of the security measures you might notice may include bag checks, walk-through screenings and canine detection.


 

All festival attendees are subject to non-invasive screening prior to entry.


 

If you see something, say something. Notify a security team member or festival personnel if you witness suspicious behavior or activity.


 

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED ON FESTIVAL GROUND:

  • No alcohol consumption of any kind or opened alcohol containers

  • No Firearms, explosives, and weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc).

  • No Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind.

  • No Gambling or illegal activity of any kind.

  • No Drugs or drug paraphernalia.

  • No Skateboards or scooters.

  • No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

  • No Gang affiliated or offensive attire.
